Talking My TB Coupe

I've had my 04 G35 Coupe for about a month now and been checking out this site. Figured it was time to post a few pics. Its bone stock right now. I'm so amazed by all the goodies for these cars i dont even know where to start! exterior mods will prob be where i begin. These pics were taken the day i got the car. Dont worry, i took the huge roof vent off lol.

TB rocks. Glad the bubble is gone. Its up to you but even if you dont debadge the entire trunk, atleast get the non-infiniti sticker taken off or whatever it is .....

As for your first mods, HKS exhaust makes the car sound sexy, upgrading to 2006 headlights makes the front cleaner, imho and some simple clear corners would get you nicely started. Oh, and if you plan on upgrading your stereo to something else, order your DD kit now as they seem to always be back-ordered, and dont get the non-infiniti one.

Twilight Blue Coupe....nice!

WELCOME TO DRIVER!
Wow, that looks just like my Twilight Blue coupe the evening I brought
her home back in '04. T/B is somewhat of a rare color and still my favorite.
Have fun here on Driver but keep one thing in mind when you have a question
always use the SEARCH button first....all of the answers are there. If you
need parts, check our Marketplace someone's always demoding there car and
you'll save yourself some cash....exhaust systems..intakes or plenum spacers....wheels too!
GOOD LUCK!
Gary

suprisingly enough it was a fluke that I got the TB. The ad in the paper said black and that's what I wanted. When I called he said navy blue and I almost didn't go but I figured I'd check it out. Needless to say I fell in love and now I am sooo glad I got it. Coupes aren't really common here and the TB is ever more rare. Weird how fate works huh

Depends on the look your going for. TB w/ black accents and rims is nice but I'm more of a fan of the TB and silver/polished look. Yes a little flashier but somehow a little cleaner as well.

I gotta say though .... it does look a little off without the Brembo's in there . Such a shame its not a 6mt.

added: maybe add a lip to the front? It looks a little off with the tail and mudflaps (w/e) but no front lip to complete it ....

I agree, im more of the flashy type lol. I am a bit up in the air on the front lip. i like it but i've also seen a few custom bumpers that i like also. i may get the lip to tide me over until I come across the right bumper. I recently discovered that the car has been abused by its previous owner lol. The right front rim was bent pretty bad and all 4 rotors were chewed. all the pads were in the metal as well. I've got the car back in perfect running shape but i need to track down a stock rim. Also need the stock AC dash plate. The climate control **** is missing.

place an order for a double din and a/c unit now? you know you'll go that route

sucks that it was abused before ya got it. At the same time, sounds like a great reason to invest ( ) in some rims and maybe a BBK

oh believe me I'm using that as an excuse for new rims lol. hmm 300 for a stock rim? NAAA!!! Need all new rims!!! Do most of the double din kits on here come with the buttons? Even though the car was abused, I really can't complain because I got it for a steal!

2 pieces, the frame and the buttons (a/c controller). Usually sold together when you can find them used but still shouldnt be a problem if you end up ordering it through Infiniti

I've noticed a lot of the rides on here have blacked out tail lights. I found a few places that have overlays. is that the only way to darken the lights and any suggestions on who to purchase them from? Also where can i get the g35 driver decals?
