New England Snow

Hey guys! My Name is Matt. I come from an Audi TT to the G35 world. So far I love the G more than the TT. I am into modification but I don't know where to start with this car! I work with turbo cars not just raw motor. Give me some ideas of what are good first mods that wont void my warranty. OK OK so on to the car Its a 2006 g35 auto. (i know i know but the wife needs to drive it too) here are some pics I took on my phone last night.

Nice ride. What part of Mass are you from? What type of mods are you looking for? Cosmetic, power? You could start off with things such as an intake, exhaust, lowering springs or suspension. It all depends on your plans for the ride.

Just follow these steps.
1. Take off that gay *** dealer sticker/ Debadge any way you want while you at it.
2. Clear Corners
3. Any custom paint, such as grille or headlights black.
4. New Rims
5. Power+Suspension mods

That's what I would do.

I already have that dealer sticker off but not I gotta work on the badges. I'll have to do a search to find out how to do that. I was then thinking of doing a stock spoiler and some 20 inch rims I'm thinking white center with a chrome lip or a flat black center with a white rim. I want to keep it clean so if I do a custom paint job I may just do a black roof. What are the best power mods? I have been looking at cai's but they dont seem to make that big of a HP jump for me to do it.

There you go, DIY for debadging. All you do is saw it off slowly with floss or a fishing line. For the rims, I think black with a white lip would look great White center would just be way too much white.

Unfortunely, power mods are hard to come by as a single best one. CAI/Exhaust/Plenum Spacer/Tune is supposed to be the best combonation. There is also raising the Final Drive, but that also takes away some top speed. There are some others, such as High Flow cats and test pipes and such, and also Super or Turbo Charging obviously.

Good luck bro

Sounds good. Some people even make a diary of their G after each new mod. But for a black roof, instead of painting it, you can put on an overlay that's avaliable from a forum member here for cheaper. Also it's removable later on. I think. His name is Blue_Batmobile , most overlays you see on here come from him.
