New here - 06 G35x
Just picked up the car on Sat. I have been looking for a while at replacing my 2003 Chevy Cavalier LS Sport Coupe now that I have a real job and want to look a little more professional.
Got a great deal on my 06 G35x coming off a 1 owner lease with 24k miles.
About me:
Live in Minnesota, grew up in Iowa, went to the U of Iowa and then moved to Kansas City, MO for a year out of school. Moved to the cities when my wife and I were going to get married and have been here for a year. I used to drive a 2003 Cavalier heavily modified as it used to be a show car that I traveled with all of the time. I did not drive it much during college or when I lived in KC since I traveled by the week so it kept nice and clean for shows, now that I drive more, it started to show signs of daily use.
The little I have driven the car so far, I love it to death already. I will be doing some tasteful mods but nothing too drastic. I debate adding a spoiler, but will probably not end up doing that. In time I hope to add a double din gps Head unit, but it appears it requires a lot more work that I initially thought, always up for a challenge though! The car was already tinted when I purchased it. I will probably be replacing the lighting inside including switches and gauges to blue as I have pretty good soldering skills and am always up for projects like that.
I previously did a complete projector/hid retrofit in my cavalier and loved it to death, so that is also high on my list of things to do. Rims are a possibility, but I am extremely picky so I will have to find the right set.
Looking forward to gathering knowledge on these boards and hopefully build up the sedan/my name on the boards by contributing to the community.

Hope to get some pics tonight, I am already putting together my parts list for the headlights, and told the wife I want a good soldering iron for xmas so I can tackle the interior leds...
