Hi guys, I never officially introduced myself, my name is Alex, Nissan has been in my family for as long as i can remember. Some of you who may have upgraded from a maxima may know me as PearlWhtMax2000 from maxima.org
I bought an ivory Pearl 05 G35 coupe 6spd loaded with everything besides Navi in August. I am upgrading from a 2000 nissan maxima, which i have put over $10k worth of mods into. I dont plan on going overboard w/ the coupe the way i did with the maxi. Ive got a few things already (see sig), and i plan on getting the Mrev 2, and 5/16 spacers by the summer.

I thought that it would be tough to find such a friendly community as maxima.org, but you guys have been a great help here so far, and are just as friendly, and helpfull as maxima.org.

Nice Maxima. I've seen it around and at a few shows as well. I will tell you though the mod bug with the 35 is immune to any type of sedatives, therapy, wife/gf nagging etc. Welcome to the boards!

but... do you really think the "mod bug" goes away just like that? pffft.. I give you a month at most.

 

Hey man, I was at that car meet in Framingham. I think it was the Adesa car meet. I had a Acura TSX back then though and picked up a white 05 G coupe as well about 1 1/2 years ago. You're going to love it.

 

haha yeah i remember that car meet, it was a good time! thats actually where some of the pics are from.
I know that as much as i say im not going to do to much to the coupe, that never works. But this time im going to stick to subtle mods.

 

Subtle in the G....LMFAO...I'm with everyone else. It all starts with bolt on's intake, exhaust, spacer, then you get cornered in and it attacks your paycheck, credit card, firneds, and family...lol

Agree, welcome! I don't miss my Maxima But then, it wasn't as cool as yours

 

Yeah I kinda miss the maxi, but the G makes it easy to get over.
