New member here, been lurking around a couple of G forums and this one seems like a nice place to stop in and join up. From south Louisiana, retired 22 year police officer and now in the private sector involved with Homeland Security etc.. And I also drive a Hayabusa during my free time witch isn't that often...

Bought a 09 Max with Sport Package. Sunk aprrox 2k worth of performance upgrades and it ran well. Only issue, I could not get use to being pulled (FWD) around as oppose to being pushed (RWD). I owned muscle cars in the past and I just rather RWD.
I just took home a 08 G35 Sedan with Premium / Sport package with 15K miles. An Infiniti Corporate Employee had it. It's like brand new!! Now will have to look at just a couple of mods to get it were I want it. Tinting the windows tomorrow and thinking about a Bullydog (I had great results with it on the Max) and Cold air intake (had one on the Max also) in the near future.
So for this G35 is everything I was looking for. Just looking for around 20 to 30 more Hp and I am good.

yeah i was lookin at the 09 maximas when i bought my infiniti last summer, so glad i went for the awd...

Thanks guys, just been doing a lot of reading on the performance end. A little disappointed to see the BD report on a stock G35 (07/08).

Welcome! I am new too. Just got an 08 G35Xs yesterday. Love it. I also have a Hayabusa and enjoy riding that too. What year is yours?
