you say more power and torque, but its awd, both cars run high 14s-low 15s. BMW underrates their cars power numbers.

I have blizzack LM-25s on my rwd G in upstate NY which is probably worse then NE and its not that big a deal. if you got proper WS60s in a proper size it would be fine. besides the dangerous part of winter is getting your car to stop, not go, AWD doesnt help you stop at all
well aren't you welcoming? but really it's a mere matter of opinion of what is better, it's all personal taste, I think everyone can agree that an awd car is going to perform substantially better than a rwd car no matter what type of tires you have or don't have in the snow. Personally I like the security of having awd for the harsh winter conditions than rwd, that's just me though. Being an ex bmw driver myself I can also tell you from first-hand experience I can say the g35 wins all day off the line over my 325i and matches up pretty evenly on the highway, so i'm going to have to give the W to the g35 in that category and personally I feel as if the interior is much cleaner in the g35, it's all a matter of personal taste and if you're so fond of the e90 maybe you should invest in one. By all means I am not knocking down bmw or the e90 chassis at all, it's a great car, but the way my e90 was optioned out and it being the the untuned 325i not the tuned 330i the g35 beats it in pretty much every single category.

I drove the 325i and the X when I was last looking for cars. The X was much more comfortable and more fun to drive.

Welcome to the X family.....

Christ, he wasnt looking for a data comparison from R/T. Just that he felt he upgrading based on HIS criteria for comparison. Now STFU.

I would never put "20z" on my car or call it eurotrash, I am still a bmw fan by heart, but pound for pound the g35 CLEARLY has it beat. Honestly i'm not sure why you drive a G? there's plenty of low budget bimmers out there.

Said he wanted a "4 door Z." But will still say the car is ugly, etc etc. Just a troll.

it is ugly, but I like it. you are just mad because my car looks exactly like your car which means I'm calling your beautiful car ugly

also I think I was assuming all e90s were the 230hp 328i but I guess the 06 325 was still the 184hp one which is actually pretty slow so sorry for saying its just as fast, but i still think its a downgrade

no, the 06 325i are actually rated at around 215 hp and 185 lbs/ft of torque, but there is still a very noticable difference in speed from the 325i to the g35, i only drove one for a year and a half.
