Abs/Slip/Voc Light and no power when starting

I have 2003 G35. Have replaced battery. Car will start, but ABS/Slip/VOC light start to flash when stepping on gas peddle to drive car. Car will go into all gears, but will not move. RPM go up and down lights blink on and off. Mechanic has towed car with no solution. This is intermiten. Any Solutions......
