Hello, first time G35 owner here

Hey guys, My name is John. I just bought my first G35. She is a sedan, White with tan interior. Im coming from the Honda scene and let me be the first to say, WOW the difference in the cars. The G35 has such nice luxury and sport all in one beautifully crafted vehicle. I can already tell this will be my car for a very long time.

Plans for my G35 are mostly cosmetic for now. Starting with window tint, then i would really like to get some Gold XXR 962`s for her. The previous owner powder coated the factory alloys white. Which while not the worst thing that could of happened its just not my cup of tea. Also on my list is to lower the car just a bit, enough to clear the wheel gap as its also my family vehicle as well so dont need the hassle of dips and such.

Please give me some ideas as to maybe different wheels that look good and suspension brands that would fit the bill for me.

Thanks and nice to meet you all.

White rims aren't your thing but gold XXRs are fine? Awesome.

Welcome to the platform, read up around the site for all the information you will ever need and maybe a little more...

Nice sedan! I have a 05x serengeti sand metalic. They say its a rare color. Yea the wheels have to go. I like enkei wheels rpfo1. Nice light but strong wheels. A set of 4 run $1000. Enjoy your sweet G!

lol, i know it sounds odd but i think lowered, tint, and deep XXR wheels will look alright. I dont mind white wheels, just not on this car. I was reading a bit on here and the wealth of info is awesome. great site!!!

I am not sure what that color is, im assuming a beige type color? i will check out those wheels, another reason for the XXR is they are affordable. im enjoying it alot already, minus my current dilemma which is my fuel gauge is off by like 3 or so gallons...otherwise so far so good.

Welcome to G35 Driver community! Nice IP (ivory pearl) sedan, looks very clean! Before you jump on the mod wagon you need to spend hours here doing research. Our Search function w/b your friend, you couldn't think of a question that hasn't already been asked and answered...several times. Tint will look cool on your IP sedan but make sure you know what % your state allows. Before you lay down those big $$ for wheels attend Nissan/Infiniti meets in your area, discover in person what would look best on your IP sedan. Enjoy the ride...Gary
