It all started with the rear passanger side window opening on iy's own and not going back up, the passanger, and rear driver side windows not working. The rear passanger window would close upon start up of car, sometimes. I checked for loose conections, and fuses- nothing! So I brought it to a mechanic who diagnosed the window lock swith was defective. He wanted a great deal of money to fix the problem, so I held off. I purchased a switch and replaced it myself and nothing happened.
To recap, the driverside window works. The rear passenger side window is down, passenger and driver side rear window is up, and all nonresponsive.

 

I had a similar problem with my 05X rear would go down not up .replaced master controls on driver side problem gone!

 

try putting the window down a little more than half way then pull the window switch all the way up when it closes keep holding the window switch up for 3 seconds then let go! that restarts your window on whatever side you did it for.
