Noob Check In

Jacksonville, FL.
Just my boyfriend, our cat, and our cars.

I used to drive a slammed miata and him an sr20 s14, but he traded his car for this g35 which he gave me for my birthday.

Here they are:

Miata ('97) is pretty much stock besides a steering wheel, coilovers, and wheels.
G35 ('03) has lowering springs and knock off wheels with spacers.. I want her lower and way wider. This will come soon..

Thanks for reading!

Welcome to Driver Daphne! Love your calico tabby cat! If you lower your coupe any further you won't have a front bumper, it's already wasted/scraped. Try taking driveways at a 45 degree angle and beware those parking lot stops, they'll kill ya! Wider? Please don't go with those riveted on flares, do it right with a wide body kit that requires extensive body modification. Good Luck & enjoy the ride!

Hey thanks everyone!

I want this same height but I want coilovers. These lowering springs are horrid. Because as above pointed out, front bumper is already scraping away, hah!

And nothing body wise for the wider comment, I just want real nice wheels. Maybe up to 19s or 20s - 10 or 11 inch wide. I just love the look of pushed out wheels, just how the miata is.

Gonna start my own thread here sooner or later but I finally found 350z suspension today for sub $100, whole spring and shock combo. As of tonight, no more squeeking/scraping/bouncing.. and I dropped off the OEM wheels I traded for powder coating flake gunmetal.

Excited!
