So for my g35 04 coupe 6mt.. I've been having this issue that my driver side window doesn't go up so now I am getting a new window motor but there's also an issue.. The two rods that hold up the window.. One of the rods isn't put on right so I was wondering if there was anything you guys could help me with on how to fix. I will upload a picture.

 

Not sure I know what you mean by "rods" and "put on wrong"?

 

Well it's the right one, I opened the door an saw the rod like that. What can I do to fix it up right or what Do you recommend I do?
