New Front Bumper or lip

So my G35 came with a front license plate mount however, in the state I live in, you don't need one. I want either a front lip or whole front bumper so I'm debating whether I should buy a whole new bumper because of the license plate mount or if I should just buy a front lip. I can't remove the front license plate because it would leave a hole in the bumper. Any advice would be great

Personally I'd buy a new bumper, then sell your OEM one to recuperate some of the money back. That's the route I'll be going since I'm in the same situation as you right now, although the holes in the front aren't bothering me as much anymore.

Ok, thanks for the advice! Do you have any idea how much it's going to cost me to get the bumper installed? And do you have any opinions on the Duraflex brand?
