Congrats on the new purchase. Go buy a notebook so you can organize all your thoughts and goals for the car, and prioritize. Also buy a folder for all your records for maintenance and modifications.
I always have ideas flowing for new things I want to do on my projects, if I didn't write them down I'd forget half of them.
If the clutch throw is too long for you, the height of the pedal is adjustable. There is a how-to vid on youtube. Mine sits about even in height with the brake pedal now and engages/disengages perfectly. Very easy to do.

How are you with exhausts? I did a muffler delete with a custom Y pipe. I've got some drone between 1000-2500 rpm on 1st and 2nd gear. What would you recommend? I thought of the branch but I dono if I should do a J or parallel

A few things to watch out for are common issues such as oil consumption, rear axle clicking, gas gauge inaccuracy(not a big deal), suspension wear (shocks and control arms need to be changed around 100k), weak exterior paint, and some minor interior nuances like the front seat corner tearing or dash cracking.
Hopefully yours does not have too many issues.

I think I'm going to really have to adjust it. I can't seem to really get used to it.

Control arms are new thinking about coilovers or stock shocks
I'm not a big fan of bolt ons, my friend wants me to install his custom made products, he manufactures turbos and other custom car parts but I don't think I'll be boosting the G
i'm using bilstein shocks and eibach pro-kit springs from a 350z. This means the eibachs are a little shorter than the G version, but the drop is very manageable and streetable. You've seen the pics of my car. the ride is stiff like a sports car should be, but not harsh.
i'd advise against coilovers unless you plan on corner weighting the car and making full use of them.
