Yes you do have to use the original bolts and hardware. You'll actually need to take the mounting brackets off the original bumper and use them to put this one on. It's really not hard at all so there's nothing to worry about, you can just take them off the original bumper with a screwdriver and then attach them to the new bumper with double sided tape just to hold them in place long enough to mount. You'll see what I mean when you do it, it's no issue.
