You installed the new clock spring in a different angle than the previous one, need to get the steering angle sensor recalibrated.

Dealership reprogramming, if it were me I'd just tear the assembly back off, center the tires first, with the clock spring removed turn it all the way left, make a match mark, turn it all the way right (about 2.5 full turns) make another match mark, turn it to CENTER, then reinstall it on the steering shaft making sure the factory stamped alignment arrow and match arrow lines up properly. It's stamped in the plastic on the lower left corner of the front of the clockspring.

I'm betting when you take the airbag back off you will find the alignment arrow was not properly aligned.

If the lights still won't turn off then take it in to Nissan for a reprogramming.

In my case I still needed the reset. You can do everything right and still have the light go off. I mean we're talking about 1 or 2 degree angle difference and your light will go off. If you didn't install it right wouldn't it break? I'd rather pay to have it reset than to take the steering wheel and airbag off again.

There is more play in the clock spring than the steering rack and pinion has turns but not by much.
