New G35 owner!

Hi all,

my name is John, I am from Santa Rosa ca (north bay, Nor Cal) and I am a newly infiniti-aholic. I have always been a fan of the infiniti line, and now I am proud to say I own one! It is a 2007 G35 S sedan, and I love this car! I bought it used with 79000 miles on it. Damn low miles for the car, and it runs like a top. I've had my fun with Toyota's, dodges, vw's and an Audi. I've always been into cars and since the Audi is going under for a bit, I had the chance to get my hands on an Infiniti. As much as I love the Audi, the infiniti is so much nicer and feels way more sporty. I'm looking forward to being apart of this forum, and learning as much as I can about these cars. I sometimes run with the California Canyon Cutters based out of the North bay. But due to the pain in the butt German auto, I had to get something more reliable while I put some time into the Audi. Here she is! And I am in love!

Welcome! Nice clean G! I too recently picked up an '07 with less than 80000. I live in San Rafael and work in Petaluma so probably see you around. What do you mean by the Audi going under for a bit? Upgrades? Repairs?

nice! I work in ptown as well. With the Audi it needs a bit of love. Maybe a head gasket, maybe something funky with the vvt, maybe something else lol. but now I have a bit of time to dive in a bit deeper and really diagnose the issue. But it will get a few upgrades when I have the time (and money) gotta love those German money pits!

Thanks!!! I can't wait to start messing with the G. Suspension first, then breather mods. It's pretty quick as it is, I want stiffer and lower!
