New owner from SoCal
Figured I'd throw in an introduction as i've been lurking and posting randomly. I've been a fan of the Skyline since the R32/R33 GTR. I've had a little bit of everything over the last 20 years (Honda, Mazda, and Subaru) but totally fell out of the car scene in 2005 when I threw a leg over a motorcycle for the first time. I've been racing smaller displacement bikes since 2009 (real track racing, not 4th gear pulls on the freeway haha)
Anyways, an opportunity kind of fell into my lap and I just picked up an 04 6MT coupe with 109k on her. Relatively stock except for a Stillen Stage 2 Supercharger, Stillen hood, and Stillen catback exhaust. I bought the car from the original owner who as he got older liked to bump into things here and there so the car does need some exterior help haha. Has all the typical issues that i've been reading about on this forum (Bushings and window motors).
This site has already been really really useful and the responses here seem to be pretty informative and tame compared to all the FB groups which have a lot of people screaming "part it out" when a question is asked LOL
Looking forward to being a part of whatever community is left. Cheers!~

You're missing the high side cap on your AC line. I'd definitely get a new one because those schrader valves usually leak a tiny bit and you don't want to lose all your refrigerant because the cap is missing.

This is the "good" side

Pretty sure its already all leaked out haha. Bigger issue is the tear in the 45 degree elbow going to the throttle body. The starting idle is ok but once its warmed up it'll do funky things at stop lights. I think it died on me 3 times on the way home. Also tried to turn the A/C on and the car wanted to die. Quickly turned it off haha. Already ordered a 350z tube and have throttlebody/MAF cleaner ready to go
