The vehicle originally came with just the key no key fob.
One day it was raining, just drizzling for the most part and my taillights were all out. I parked my car at friend of mine house to change the fuse in the ipdm before changing the fuse I took out the battery and located the fuse and swapped it for another fuse in the ipdm to see if it worked. After changing the fuse out and putting the battery back in I went back to inside of my car to see if the taillights work turning the twilights on before cranking the vehicle. They did but the car wouldn’t Crank the ignition was stuck in off position would not move at all unless I hit it with a hammer. the nxt morning I sent it to my mechanic, he got the ignition to crank but not turn over in reference to starting the vehicle all my interior lights work radio work windows roll down and key unlock with the key itself and the ignition can be cranked with out the key but cannot start with the key either

i was hoping its the ecm,bcm or ipdm or maybe just the key but I need HELP!
