Hello friends. I知 new to this, But really need help with my 2006 G35
I bought this car about 9 months ago. The car was perfect till last days of February.
One Normal night while I was running back home I felt the car different and heavy
then the check engine come up, next day I did the scanner to check what is wrong, and the scanner show the code P1757 that have to be the selenoid valve circuit malfunction - after that I spoke with a Mecanic friend and he told me than could be the coolant mixes with the Fluid at the transmission- and if I do a flush of it the problem could be fixes.
Well I did take out the fluid from the transmission and I putted a new one.
after that the car was fine I traveled like 10 miles and I parked the car at the house
but when I started the car next day the car doesn稚 run even to the back.
please some one can help me ?
what I do with this problem?

P1757 is the front brake solenoid in the transmission valve body, the code presents when there's either an open or shorted circuit or if the target voltage is outside the expected range. Sometimes the harness connector pin that connects to the TCM (mounted to the back side of the valve body) breaks right at the harness and needs to be soldered, other times the solenoid itself needs to be replaced. Typically you pull the valve body and inspect for a broken pin, if the pins are intact then you just replace the solenoid.
This has nothing to do with transmission fluid changes or fluid levels, although neglecting a transmission and not following it's maintenance schedule increases the likelihood of failures. This has nothing to do with coolant in the fluid, that causes a range of other problems but it will be a catastrophic failure and you'll need a new tranny because the pan will be full of metal pieces of gears and clutch.

Reference this link to determine exactly which valve body you have if you don't want to replace just the solenoid. Solenoid kits range from cheapo chinese solenoid entire kits for about $60 or a single high quality Sonnax solenoid for about $70 apiece, you choose.

Once you figure out which valve body you have you can buy a rebuilt one directly through rockauto.com, style 1 is expensive and nearly $500 but all the other styles of valve body (your 2006 probably has 3rd or 4th design) are all $280. All valve bodies through rockauto.com have a $250 core charge.

cleric670. Thank for you info.
I just bought a used transmission from a Yonker. They give me 6 moths guaranty - it cost $600. And the Mecanic charged me $600 to install. With a total of 1250. With the town truck ($50).
Honestly I would just replace the $70 solenoid rather than pay $1250 for a new transmission. Depends on how comfortable you are working on the thing though. It's definitely not a difficult job but you're going to get a little oily.
