I took an Uber in a G35X or one of the later variations (G37X, Q40) and instantly became obsessed.

I love way the steering wheel is accurate, the power, and upgraded elegance to my ride.
70k miles til forever. New drive belts and oil change Fri, new brakes rotors and oil filter gasket today.
The AWD feels super secure. I wouldn't even think about fishtailing it like my old Mustang, but it pulls out of turns smooth and confidently.
Possible oil catch can addition. Any mods?
Safe driving all 👋

Yep that's what the G does to people Every time I take someone for a ride in mine they're just amazed at how it's a perfectly balanced, perfectly sculpted marvel.
Catch can will help with some of the oil consumption, it's inevitable, the VQ is a thirsty beast and loves the taste of oil. Check you level weekly until you get comfortable with how much yours consumes. You will still CONSUME the oil but it will be trapped in the catch can instead of ingesting it all into the intake.
As for mods, you have the non-rev up engine so get a 5/16 plenum spacer (try to stay away from Blox they're plastic and notorious for cracking), next would be high flow cats and maybe a performance muffler. Your preference. After those two mods the Uprev tune will make it feel like a different animal.
I strongly suggest getting on top of all the maintenance for the vehicle, especially the fluid changes and alignment. This will ensure a long life for your new vehicle.
