Hey wassuh im juu .. i drive a 06 g35x Sedan & i recently had my car taken to the dealer to get a test ran on my car. Before dropping my car off my inside interrior lights would come on soon as i turn the key (light gagues, radio lights,ect) .. now the lights do come on but i noticed lastnight when i tried to turn my actual headlights on the interrior lights would cut off. Usually they are on at the same time both inside & out .. now its either one or the other can anobody explain why? Or how to fix? At night i can see with the headlights but inside the car is SO dark & i really need help.

 

They moved the lamp switch, just turn it back to ON, it's probably set to DOOR right now.

EDIT: The switch is located up at the lights. They may have also dimmed your instrument cluster, that switch is down by your knee.

Back in nov my car ran outta gas .. the fuel pump was replaced & put gas in the car is ran fine. Since i brought the car my gas guage has NEVER worked never even moved .. once i replaced the pump the guage started movingg & seemed like it was workingg. My car would always tell me when gas is low though, since then i’d go to fill up my car & i see gas leakingg from under i go to look & my gas tank is leakingg from the TOP & not the bottom ... i ran outta gas friday on the high way went to fill up & once again was leaking gas. Take care apart to check the fuel pump & my car is full of gas today is wednesday it has been sitingg bc it was outta gas. Soo in conclusion .. my car is leakingg wen i fill up bc its already FULL & its over flowingg from the top. PLEASE HELP ive read some things bout to much gas in the car .. the actually gas tank is FULL but the car will keep tellingg me im low on gas or ill actually run outt gas .. my tank is full but clearly the gas is not getting to the engine & my low fuel light comes on .. ima try to up load pictures for referance these will be the NEW fuel pump & my full tank of gas..

 

There's another sending unit on the other side of car.

 

 

 

Try cleaning the contacts with q-tips and alcohol

 

yea so that one i did check & its not no where near full as the passenger side .. come to think of it , we checked that side wen the car cut off back in NOV & it was bone dry it was no gas on that side at all. ill try cleaningg it today.

 

Check the venturi siphon line for any cracks, looks like you can unhook it from the venturi.

Not sure how you would check the venturi itself other than a visual inspection for debris.
