DIY Knock Sensor Replacement P0327, P0345, P1564
Hi im new to the G35 community so pardon my knowledge. Just got a 2004 G35 Coupe and I used a scanner since the car would just turn off even if i dont stall it, it also seemed "slower" than usual. Anyways the codes I got were P0327 knock sensor, P0345 camshaft sensor bank 2, P1564 which im guessing is for the steering wheel which is normal since i have an aftermarket steering wheel. More concerned on the knock and camshaft sensor. Did some research myself on YT, camshaft sensors seem doable to DIY. The knock sensor on the other hand is harder. I feel if i do just follow the steps i can do it, although putting the engine back seems to be the harder part. I was just wondering for the people who have done this to give tips. I'm more concerned on the torque specs when putting things back. Should i just gun the sockets/bolts back for the injectors, the plenum, fuel rail, and the intake or theres specific torque for each part. PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING OR VIDEOS IF YOU'VE DONE IT WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Download the Factory Service Manual from nicoclub.com. It will have all the torque specs (and a whole lot more, of course). Put all the chapters into the same folder, then start with the "fwd" file; it's the table of contents that you can click the item and the embedded link will take you to where you want to go.
