So today I went to get a quick oil change in lunch break (keep in mind that this is the 4th time I go here for oil changes) I went and JUST got an oil change then I drove off and drove back to my job (which is about 4-6 mins away) literally turned the corner when I noticed the car on H and smoke coming out from the right side of the hood. Quickly pulled over and popped the hood, looks like some type of fluid everywhere. Assured all caps were placed back on and they were. Wasn’t sure what the fluid was. Checked to see any leaks and none from any hoses.
called the manager from the place, he came and checked out and he said nothing was wrong and only that there was no coolant. He apologized because he said he should’ve checked and put some and drove away. Said to call him if any problems. Waiting for a cool 20 mins and then the same thing happens not even turning the corner. Pulled aside and noticed leaked. Ofc it was the coolant. But no leak from pump nor hose so I got a tow truck and went back. He confirmed no leakage and something internally. What in the world could they possibly have done?! Had to get it towed home. Opened an insurance claim.
