New G35 Coupe Owner

Hey everyone. I finally got my G35 Coupe. I've been surfing this and other forrums for a while. I had the '03 auto sedan, an '03 FX 35 AWD (tech), and now finally the coupe. I should have just bought the coupe from the beginning.

I got a diamond graphite/graphite '05 G35 Coupe, 6 spd, premium, navi, aero, and splash guards. Since I live in MD, I'll have to buy a set of used rims and tires for the winter. I'll probably get 17" or 18" with all-seasons. I just can't believe they don't make all-season tires for the 19's. I'll have to look into getting a clear bra too. I figure it's around $600?? installed? I'll have to do some searches.

I have pics, but I'll have to figure out how to shrink them from 750kB to 100kB.

Thanks. I'm looking into getting a clear bra. I'm considering doing it myself, but I think I'll end up using a pro.

it should not cost you 600. last time a customer of mine did it we charged 425 but that was about 8 months ago. the guy that was running the clear bra division died 3 months after starting it up in the mid west and no has been back out to do since

I'll have to look into getting a clear bra too.

Calvin check out www.Proformauto.com. They are located in Endicott City, MD. Ask for Rob. All he does is Paint Protection Film and his shop is a certified training facility for 3M. Tell him Chris from Pristine sent you.

You will definitely not regret getting the clear bra application.

Thanks Chris. I called them yesterday, but I didn't talk to Rob. The guy I talked to quoted me around $1,000 for the clear bra (front and side mirros). That's a lot more than what I was planning to spend. I doubt Rob could lower their price by half. I'll check around. Thanks.

Thanks for everyone's response. I definitely want to get a clear bra before I put too many miles on the G. Luckily, I'm home all this week taking care of my son. He had his adenoids and tonsils taken out plus tubes put in his ears. He's recovering well. It's really hard not to sneak out and take a drive in the G. I have to wait until the wife gets back.
