i have an off topic question kind of... i ahve a a 5AT im planning on getting the 1/2 spacer, but will my car benifit with the ISO thermal as well? and why is there 5/16 offered and 1/2 offered, which is better.

The Iso Thermal is always good to have just like reduced air intake temperatures are always good to have.

The differences and what you should get are determined by what you want more of.
Stealth? ...5/16"
More streetability? ...5/16"
More power on the track? ...1/2"

What are your priorities?
