Yo me and my boy just got 2006 coupes and we both leased. Here are the numbers.

both cars are 2006 coupes 6 speed with navi, bluetooth and sports packages. MSRP was 40,680. My name is Steve and I have the Blue coupe, My friend is Chris he has a black coupe.

Steve (blue coupe) traded in a Hurt *** 2005 evo (car had wrong t-case in it, whole driver side needed a paint job, driver seat was cracked, trunk lid was dented, Shifter cables were bent so bad it barely went into reverse, car was heavily modded then made stock)
I PUT DOWN 1200$ CASH BUT MY TRADE IN WAS 2000$ SHORT, SO I HAD TO ROLL IN AN EXTRA 800$ ONTO THE LEASE. I'M PAYING 609$ A MONTH OVER 42 MONTHS WITH 18K A YEAR.

Chris (black coupe) Put down 1584$ cash, is paying 525$ a month over 42 months with 15k a year.

Ouch...that's a pretty bad deal...you should of done your homework. There's alot of places to get "invoice pricing", I don't really trust them them, but it's all we got. When I bought my G I looked up as much as possible, so when I was ready to hit the dealership, I was ready to buy. Which dealership did you go to? Glendale Infiniti gave me a great offer right off the bat, while metro infiniti proceeded to try to rip me a new one, of course I already knew what I can get it for, and got them down to what I wanted to pay. If your young, they assume $1000 off the sticker is a great deal to you, but if you did your work you'll know better.

I think you have 72 hours before you are obligtaed to that contract, you need to get down there and talk to a manager and explain to them that you can't afford that payment @ this time.

File a police report as well since rape is a serious crime in America.
But seriously the dealer is probably laughing all the way to the bank right now, I bet that salesman will be the Salesman of the Month.

From your earlier post and tips from others at:
https://g35driver.com/forums/buying-selling-leasing-discussion/89445-how-get-approved-lease-buy-being-young.html

Would have thought you'd make a more rational decision instead of buying on impulse.

Guess that the dealer wouldnt budge because you were appeared too enthusiastic and determined to get that car. Coming back twice to be approved is a clear sign you really want it. Should negotiate the price/terms first if possible, and then handle financing and finding someone to cosign with.

Depending on where you live, it's 3 days to return it. DO IT NOW!

NEVER buy a car when your rushed. NEVER! Call a lawyer first and make sure, so when they give you a line of ****, you'll be ready.

Bro, I'm starting to lose my sympathy for you. Quit asking us questions and find a legal proffessional AKA a lawyer who can really help you and give you the information you need....before it's too late.

haha.. leasing is for people who can afford it... and dont want to keep a 3-4 year old car at the end of the lease.. why the **** are you factoring in the buyout if you planned on buying it in the beginning??

shoulda bought it outright i bought my 05 for 600$ a month w/ 3k down.. pretty stock one.. and no buyout!
