New (to me) '03 G35 Coupe

Hey all,

Just as the title says, I just picked up a 2003 G35 Coupe 2 days ago. It's got 36k miles on it, so a good amount of the warranty remains. I wanted to say a quick hello, as well as say a quick THANKS for all of the endless information on these forums. I have been reading A LOT on here prior to sealing the deal on my new ride, and everything I read on this forum has helped immensely!

Some quick details on the car: its the platinum color (not sure on the exact name), and has everything on it other than the navigation, with the black/graphite interior, and a manual transmission.

I doubt I will make many modifications to it, at least for now, other than window Tint (going in tomorrow morning for that :-)).

Again, thanks for the information you all have contributed. I hope to do the same.

This car has the get up and go that I really can enjoy for a while, so the thing that intrigues me the most is to add a body kit to it. But those are EXPENSIVE after considering Paint and whatnot... Other than that, I'm extremely happy with the sound system installed at the factory, obviously the overall looks (otherwise I wouldnt have bought it) and the suspension/handling!

What would be considered an 'average' price for a full body kit, painted and installed, would run? I'm guessing its up there!

This forum is great!

Well it honestly all depends on which one your are talking about. The price range is different for all kinds and there are tons of them for the G35 Coupe. Also, fiberglass and polyurethane there is a price difference as well as replicas. Have any of them caught your eye yet? There are a lot of great looking ones out there, some to name are: Ings+1, Veilside, Kenstyle, Impul, Nismo, Stillen, Greddy, Top Secret, Data Systems, Gialla. Those are just a few to name which all look great.

I'll have to start googling those names to see if I can find some additional pics. I know the photo gallery on this forum has an abundance of amazing looking G35's but I can't tell which kit is which from just the pics.

Thanks again for all of the help. Hopefully this car will prove to be reliable just like it has already proven fun!
