I am TIRED of hearing buzzing sound in my car!
I can't figure out where it's coming from, and it's driving me nuts. All I know is it's somewhere close to the window, and A/c vent on the driver side.... it sounds like a bee is buzzing around there, and when you speed up, the sound kind of goes away, probably coz' the engine then becomes louder, when you slow down or brake, it sounds like the bee's right in your ear. VERY FRUSTRATING.
I think it's a screw or bolt loose somewhere inside the dashboard, and it's just jumping around when it's vibrating... that's my common sense opinion, LOL.
I tried turning up the A/c full blast, turning off all vents except for that one, and even using a vacuum cleaner to try to vacuum it out, but everything failed, and the damn sound is still there.
So, any suggestions anyone, other than bringing it back to Infiniti and getting them to fix it?
Oh yeah, and does anyone else have this problem?

I have a 6MT coupe, and had a similar buzzing around 3,500 rpm - 4,500 rpm (+/-) - took it to the dealer twice, then they finally fixed it with some no-squeak tape. It was coming from the shifter. They took it for a test drive, removed the shift boot, and located the problem - then fixed it.
If you're a 6MT, try (gently) holding/pressing the shifter through the problematic rpm range, and if the noise stops, that may be your issue.
Good luck.
