Yo guys im on 3800miles and i need to change oil and filter.. Anyway i dont wanna take it to atlantic infiniti cuz those guys [censored] my car up. After they put my alarm, my bottom plastic cover protecting my engine is about to fall off, my remotetrunk opener stopped working, and ive been trying to explain to them that my brakes are dead but they swear nothing is wrong with it.. My brake is noisy as hell so i know something gotta be wrong..

Anyway i wanna try out that redline oil. Who knows someone in NJ, preferably close to hackensack,paramus,bergen,jersey city, etc, that i can get my car serviced very good..

Where the hell is Atlantic? Go to Ramsey Infiniti. Stay away from Park Ave even though it might be closer.

yeah.. i live in paramus and i goto Ramsey Infiniti.. It's like 10 minutes away.. Just so you know, Ramsey Infiniti has moved.. Now it's right before Ramsey Volkswagen. it's like 4 dealers up from it's previous location.

And your first service is usually free at Ramsey. Mine was. I'm curious as to what was wrong with Park Avenue in Englewood though. I was told they were good.

 

I go to Ramsey Infiniti too. Just call like a week in advance and you will get a nice sedan loaner.

they recently took my car in for a change and gave me a loaner on the spot w/ no wait...i say thats good.. at bmw i waited 3days for a loaner...

there was article in NY Times regarding people buying cars from ebay and the like. had story of family who bought car listed in perfect condition. when people got it, it was loaded with dents. they complained to shipper who showed them manifest saying it was dented before being loaded.

it was sold by the park ave group. ebay got involved and cancelled their accts. they were all recreated, same cars, under similar name.

if they are shifty with selling one type of car, how can you trust them.

you should try flemington. i bought 3 infinitis from there, including g35 coupe.. they are real good with the loaner and all. and fair pricing.

 

What ever you do, do not go to Lynnes. To many horror stories from Infiniti/Nissan and Subaru.

I have heard good things about Ramsey, and if you are in South Jersey at all, I have had good returns from Circle in West Long Branch.

After having a horrendous experience with Competition Infinity on LI, where I bought my G35x - really too long to rant about now, while the saga continues, I took it for service to Park Avenue in Englewood.

They are rude and incompetent. Some b!!!tch service consultant told me to take my car to LI where I bought it after an argument with their lot attendant who refused to mark the scratches on the loaner. I had a problem with my car pulling to the left on straight road and they claimed to have re-alligned it, but the problem remains. Now I have to find somebody to fix it. I'm beginning to think that a good non-affiliated mechanic would do a much better job than a bunch of over-paid, over-charging d-bags at the dealerships.
