First off, I HATE parking my car in Philly! Parking authority here in University City are crazy. They walk around in packs checking every single car and meter, like flocks of pigeons on bread. I park my car so that the last 3rd is past the "No parking sign." Fine, I got a $45 ticket; I'll eat it...But to top this off, theres a nice F$%^&*() dent on my hood, trailed closely by a little crease. But go figure that the dent is about 2" down from the top of the hood, and directly under the ticket (which was on the wiper). I know it wasn't there this morning, because I most definitely would have seen it because its bigger than a silver dollar. This just makes me hate the parking authority even more, and raise my belief that anyone who works as one is a wanna be cop, and the scum of this earth.

Well thanks for reading, I just had to get some frustration out.

I got a ticket once from the Parking authority for not having a registration sticker on my license plate. I had a temp tag in my window. Needless to say, it took hours, spread over months, to fix the moron’s error.
