I live in the NYC area, I went to a dealership in Manhasset Long Island and test drove the 6mt Coupe. Comming from an Integra when i first stepped on the gas, the car felt very torquey. I have heard people who have the coupe complain about the lack of power, but i think this is more than sufficient. The handling on the car feels stiff, like the integra except much heavier. THe car can definitely pull its weight. I loved the soound of the exhaust from when starting the car to stepping on the gas. The test drive really impressed me more than the interior but i think i can deal with it, especially since the 2004 6mt coupes come with an armrest. Has anyone around this area purchased the car from Manhasset (Millenium) Infiniti? If so how much did you purchase it for and what options did they give you?
They wouldnt give me an exact amount unless i was willing to buy the car right then and there but the salesman said he could do 35g's with premium sound package and the spoiler.
If theres any other dealerships you guys recommend me going to let me know, i plan to visit a few more dealerships this weekend to see who can offer me a better deal.
