Just got a new oven and want to test it out with prime ribs.

Anyone know a good butcher shop or a meat market that sells a whole standing Prime Rib Roast?

I'm in Atlantic City but ill be happy to travel like even an hour away to find a good place that sell USDA prime ribs.
