Hey guys,

I have 20% tint on everything but my windshield and I need to get my car inspected..

any recommendations? where have those of you with tint gone to get your car passed?

I dont want to get it taken off and then have it redone but if i have to then so be it..

I actually had a hook up at a Subaru Dealership near the South Shore Mall. He worked in the service dept. and just had me come in. I think my local gas station will look past it...but I'll let you know when I get it inspected soon.

 

Does your car need a NH or MA inspection sticker? Let me know I got plug ins.

Where in MA do you go? Somewhere in the Boston area?

And I can't remember...if you fail the inspection because of tint from one place...can you take your car to a different inspection station?

 

Think it depends if they slap the big F (fail) sticker on your car, you are screwed unless you can talk them out of doing it and just leave.

 

In that case, what shop do you know that will pass any car with 20% tint?

 

you guys are strict out here. i'm glad i have WI tags. i can get away with kinds of murder when i get inspected out here. plus here is no sticker if inspected in WI. they just give you a print out to keep in the glove box

 

Nope big black or red F's here just ask 617G...he'll tell you about my hookup!

 

H-T_G's hook up is that he makes his own stickers in his basement. lol
