Anyone used these guys? They are in Danielson, CT. Website is bigdaddyhookups.com. I just called and they said they have worked on both the Gs and the Zs. They do everything from tinting to supercharagers and ECUs.

I'm looking to have one place do all my aftermarket installs/tuning, and I think I may have found it with this place, but I'm looking for opinions. Thanks.

 

hey buddy, whats up. im in the danielson area also. if ur from the area u might know my car. its the laser red g35 coupe with the skyline label on the window. i have used big daddy hookups before. they did my tinting. the they the skyline labeling, and im having them or swift motorsports do my tachometer hookup. i also ordered my underglow kit from BDH. im surprised, i wasnt aware there were other g35 members around here. what car do u drive?

I'm actually in Norwalk - my car is on order and will be here (hopefully) in early June. I'm preparing so I can get my work done ASAP after delivery. I've looked all around this area with no luck, even the dealer doesn't know of anywhere that does tuning or mods.

Anyway, I came across BDH doing a web search and after speaking with a guy there on the phone it sounded like the kind of place I'm looking for. Would you recommend them for doing body kit installs? Is there someplace else I should check out? Thanks.

Maybe we can get together when I pick it up if I get the work done there.

 

well congradulations on purchasing ur new G. the wait is always the hard part, but june is right around the corner. i know quite a few places that are skilled enough to work with our cars. im not to familiar with the norwalk area..but i know a few around my area. big daddy hookups is a pretty good place. there facility is kinda small,actually very small but they are nice people, that will get the work done correctly. I have only seen one body kit that they have done. it was a hyundia tiburon, and they did a great job with it. So i would recommend them for that. There also a place called Swift Motorsports. I havent used these guys, yet, to do work on my car, but i know they have a bigger garage and more workers, so to me that sounds a little more sufficient. they have a facility in norwich and new london.. whichever is easier for you. I would gladly go with you to pick it up or hang out. Always happy to help a fellow G owner!
