Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
I'd like to hear about any experiences with DC/Baltimore area Infiniti dealers; buying, service, discounts below MSRP. Especially for G35 sedans.
Re: Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
Marty - if you're willing to make the drive up I95 north to Newark, DE, I can highly recommend Winner Infiniti. I live just north of Baltimore but was able to negotiate a better deal in DE. Just picked up my G35 sedan about 2 weeks ago. Ask for Alex Witham or Eric Mosley (800-937-8250).

Thanks Watsac:
I also found several references on freshalloy.com (another Infiniti/Nissan site) raving about a saleswoman at Passport Infiniti in Alexandria, VA (Salwa Mene is her name). I spoke to her a few days ago and found her knowledgeable and not pushy.

Re: Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
I'll second Passport as being a good dealership I dealt with Ahmed, don't think Salwa was in that day (or I didn't see her.) But sale went well as far as I was concerned pround owner of a 1 week old G35 sedan.

Re: Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
I can vouch for Carl at Nationwide in Timonium. I dealt with 2 salesmen and although Carl was incredible, the other guy paled in comparison. Really down to Earth guy, not pushy and incredibly polite. Highly recommended.
Re: Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
I personally found Nationwide Infiniti to be lacking (Timonium). I dealt with Lester Feinberg if you enjoy buying cars then stay the F*%K away from him. He was very pushy, used a lot of standard tactics like "I need to speak with my manager" and often used the phrase "I can have 10 people in here tomorrow who will buy that car". I knew I would pay MSRP so I just went with it. Stay away from him he's really bad news in my opinion. Never called me after the sale to see how the car was except to tell me he thought I still owed him ($750). It was a mistake by the Finance people but he expected me to come in that day and just give him $750, he didn't even check his facts to make sure it was correct. Then he said he would "take care" of me if I let him "help" me fill out his salesman survey.
I've heard other people complain about him and they've actually driven out of their way (to Rosenthal Infiniti) because of him.
Needless to say I'm waiting till I'm in a really crappy mood to fill out that survey. He soured me on the whole car buying experience...but at least I love my car.

I strongly second the recommendation for Winner Infiniti. especially Eric Mosely personally.
He just got me my G35c, as well as having sold me past Nissan products, and having done business with many other family and friends over the years.
He is a true gentleman and a professional, and I never hesitate to recommend him to others.

Kojo62,
I'm right there with you on Winner Infiniti in Newark, De. If anyone is looking to do business with a dealership that won't try to sucker you like I've read in other threads, Winner is the way to go. I'll make it easy for you, pick up the phone and call (302) 292-8250 and ask for either Carl Tarach or Alex Whitam(mgr) and tell them Ryan sent you.

Re: Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
I tried to restrain myself earlier from naming this guy in my earlier post but Les Feinberg is the "other" guy who I was dealing with in addition to Carl. Les is the complete opposite of Carl. Les is everything that startertan described and worse.
I'm going to be 100% honest on the Infiniti survey and he's going to get some really low scores. What's even more unbelievable is that he portrayed his poor salesman techniques via e-mail to me. I'm thinking of printing them out and sending them with the survey.
Like startertan, I love the car and hated the car-buying experience. I doubt Infiniti will ever see another dollar from me in the future.

Re: Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
I believe I have previously sufficiently replied to little guy, a.k.a "startertan" and junglist 19, both of whom have other issues, hence the crap concerning the salesman.
I used feinberg. Found him to be honest and straight forward.
My investigation, prompted mostly by startertan's posts, upon the delivery of my coupe in early May, showed startertan and his post to be a total joke and a lie. It also revealed junglist 19's issues had nothing to do with delivery of his coupe.
Sorry guys.
Why the attack???

Re: Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
That question is correct. Why the attack? Why are you attacking junglist and I for our opinions. You had a positive sales experience and that's great. I couldn't be happier for you, honestly. We did not and we felt the need to post it. I went to Les based on the recommendation from another buyer and I found that buyers opinion to be wrong. I met 2 other buyers (who ended up going to Rosenthal Infiniti) because of Les.
I find it amusing that you find the need to insult us and call us liars. I paid MSRP for that car just like everyone else. I have no personal vendetta against Les. He treated me unfairly and without any respect. Obviously he didn't treat you that way.
You can call me whatever you want but in the end that is my opinion on the matter. Your entitled to yours just like I'm entitled to mine. I wish that I did have a better sales experience but I didn't.
I was at the dealership on Saturday and I had Les call me a liar to my face. Now I know how he found out. I would've gladly told Les to his face how dissatisfied I was with him and his attitude if I thought it would accomplish anything. Perhaps he can take a lesson from Theo Poretti. Theo was genuine, polite, and professional. I have no reservations about taking my car to him for service. I do have reservations about buying a car from Les.
Perhaps I was a little harsh but it's the truth as I saw it. So mike, congrats on your new car and enjoy.
For all you forum readers, marty posed the question and junglist, mike, and myself have answered. You've got 2 nay and 1 yeah. Take it for what it's worth. But don't forget I'm a liar.

Re: Washington/Baltimore Infiniti Dealers
i went to nationwide yesterday after work and had the worst experience. jermaine helped(actually didn't help me) he was rude and discourteous...i asked to test drive and he said, "no, we don't let people test drive the coupe." so i asked why and his reply, "b/c they sell themselves." and that was it, he opened it for me so i could look inside and walked away...ruined my whole experience and my day...what a waste of time...

Mikeaaron: Not once in any of my posts did I say that I had a problem with the delivery of my coupe. I got the coupe earlier than expected as a matter of fact but that has absolutely nothing with the problems I had with Les. I agreed with startertan's comments about Les' approach. In addtion to that, I had a problem with his inability to address an issue that arose after the sale of the coupe. I received many promises to be contacted "within days" and the matter was not cleared until over 10 weeks later. This is not an exaggeration and I made sure that I kept all of the e-mails (with dates and times) and cellphone records of when he decided to return the many calls/e-mails I made weeks earlier. After the ordeal was sorted out, I got an apology from Les but of course he pawned off the problem as the fault of someone else in the financial department.
I was thinking of letting the matter go and just not return the survey but after seeing how this thread has shown it will be someone's word against mine, I believe I have to send copies of everything along with the survey to back up my claims.
Marty asked about all experiences including buying, etc. so I gave my honest opinion of my buying experience. Just because your experience was different than that of mine or Startertan's doesn't automatically make either one of us right or wrong.
You must really feel passionate about Les and his selling techniques that you feel it necessary to investigate this matter with him. I'm happy that your experience was better than mine but honest and straight-forward are 2 words I would never use to describe Les.
