Catena or Circle for Service?

Need to get the coupe serviced and was wondering which dealer was better.
Also, I am looking for a good mechanic around the Keansburg area for my Riviera.

Re: Catena or Circle for Service?

I have had no problems with Circle. They don't stock much so most is wait for the parts to be ordered.

Re: Catena or Circle for Service?

I had my last infiniti and my coupe serviced at Circle as well......
My I35 had a leaking steering rack early on in my ownership, and they had to replace the entire steering rack....
They had the car for two days.....but other than my interior being a little dirty from them going in and out......they did a great job....
So far I've only had a couple oil changes on my coupe......but in the future I would not hesitate to have them perform the routine services as required.....

I think they are a pretty descent group of people...and I am quite satisfied with the dealership....

Re: Catena or Circle for Service?

I had my first oil change done at Catena and everything went well. I should have made an AM appt if I was going to wait for the car however, I was there 2 hours since I had one of the last appt's. They did a good job handling the car and covered the interior nicely. They also had no problem pulling an oil sample for me to send off to the lab.

The service managers were cool about mods too. Had no issue with any of the normal mods, only thing they looked at were any internal modifications (crank, cam, etc).

Re: Catena or Circle for Service?

catena blows a$$. they are a friggin rip off, and you have to wait like 3-4 weeks for a loaner. we have 3 infinitis, and we take them all to flemington. never tried circle.
