My thoughts on a date June 12 or 19....it gives everyone time to organize thier lives...

3rd - The Queens convoy ride meeting at St. Johns is cool....I second that thought....

SM is just past Montauk.........just kidding. It's around exit 53 on the LIE then go north for about 15 min. You can get there via parkways by taking the Northern State into the Sagetos parkway. Barring any traffic, it's a nice ride.

I like the 19th but the 12th werks also.

Where can we meet by St. Johns. Are the lots open to the public ? Maybe Cunningham Park which is closer to the parkway and near where we met on saturday.

well i go to st johns and the security there are *******s so in the lots there mite b a problem. i hear some1 mention something about a dpa meet, that wud b awesome showing everybody whats up with all the g's rollin by. or even for us queens guys we cud get a francis lewis nite meet going showing everybody whats up here

 

Exit 53 off the LIE seems a little far for a NYC / LI meet...
Only reason I'm saying that is because the May22 meet was mid-point ground to avoid long hauls for both NYC and LI people...

Queens G's rolling in May22 was 11 and it was missing 2 people...so I just wanna motion for keeping the meet in nassau..

sayin Cuttingham park as a Convoy meet spot to this JUNE meet in progress....that has got my second vote for Cuttingham park....No security guard issues.

LAST IDEA: We should get a Queens meet going on another date only because I didnt realize Queens alone had so many people rolling....just the convoy was 11 deep from a possible 13...thats worth a show-off drive to me...I'll start a thread..

I was one of the G owners that you met there Al, the other was Cram.

Avalon racing guy by the name of Clint....gave me a great price of $5100 purchased / installed and tune & dyno.
they are in NH but they have done a few G's and automatics at that.... 326RWHP on the last one they did he told me....

Vance - Exit 53 is the exit to take us to Sunken Meadow park and have a picnic - it will be an all day affair and you "city guys" will be able to get some fresh air. It is a beach park with plenty of parking to isolate our fragile cars, playgrounds for the kids, and picnic areas. I will have info shortly about reserving picninc areas at this park.
