Who should install my springs?

I'm thinking about picking up a set of Impuls but have decided to not install them myself. I hear that the X can be a real PITA with the front springs and I just don't feel like dealing with it.
Question is, who should I have install them?

I hear that Firestone offers lifetime allignments, but aren't they just a bunch of hacks in monkey suits? I'm willing to drive to where ever I need to drive and I'm willing to pay what I have to pay. I just want it done right the first time, and I want my car handled with kid gloves.

Thoughts, suggestions?

Damn.... you too?
Anther IMPULse buyer!
I wish to hell these things were a more reasonable price.

JMO, but definitely stay away from places like Firestone for the install.
You really need a shop that's familiar with Nissan/Infiniti cars.
Try to get a recommendation for your area.

Alignments are only as good as the guy doing the job & there are some real crappy ones out there.
I'm really **** when it come to alignment, it can make a HUGE difference on how a car handles.

On my BMW I went through three shops within a month before I found a guy that really knew what he was doing.
.....so lifetime @ Firestone would be worthless in my books.

I know how important an alignment is and with friends who used to work in the industry, I know how many do them.
Some of them just spray a few bolts with WD-40 and call it complete.

I want to be sure the job is done right and done right the first time, by someone who takes as much care with other people's cars as they do their own.
I'm also looking for a shop with experience and a good rep.

Anyone local with suggestions, please let me know. Once I have all this lined up, I doubt I'll be able to resist ordering my springs much longer.

Alignment is not a big deal if you don't put camber/rear toe adjustment parts in. There is only ONE adjustment on the G, front toe. It becomes a big deal when you put front/rear camber arms and rear toe bolts. It's not OEM stuff so you need a guy that is familiar with aftermarket suspension parts.

My Firestone wouldn't even put mine on the rack, "too low" he said. It's lowered 1".

Anyone ever deal with Motion Hydraulics?

I found someone in the Nissan Maxima forum who said he was happy with their work.
Anyone here ever been there?

I look at their work and think, , I just want some springs installed!

If you wanna come down to Boston, I can install them for you. I've done suspension installs for Iron-Mike (Tanabe DF-210), G-Fusion (Tein Basic Coilovers), Fluffy (Put back to stock) and Will (who's username I can't remember to save me Tein S techs).

You could try my certified mechanic up in Fitchburg. He does mods on the side I believe (like super chargers in Maximas and such), so he should be able to help.

Do you have a shop that's I'd be coming to, or would you wanna just sync up for some weekend this summer?
