Spacer install
I'm in the monmouth county (howell/colts neck) area of jersey. Was wondering if any local guys would do a plenum spacer install for me. I no longer have any of my tools (don't ask) and the 2 friends i have that are nissan/inf techs are always busy with work and their family, can't blame em though heh. Not a fan of many shops in the area either. Send me a PM.

im possibly picking up a supra as a second car this week, so I need to save every single penny I have. I did have some money set aside for the spacer to be installed to throw to one of my buddies though, so I figured might as well do it instead of collecting dust. I know its not hard, but I hate doing anything involving the engine in a car too

dude, all you need is a 10 mm socket, a pair of pliers, and maybe an open ended 10 mm wrench. I am in no way mechanically inclined, but I installed the spacer on my car today and it took me exactly an hour. That I was able to do it myself is a minor miracle but it was so easy. Plus, I have the satisfaction of doing it myself. It made a big difference in acceleration and throttle response so money well spent.
Too bad I live in Texas, I'd do it for you for $200 or about half of what the stealership would charge.

See, now you make me want to do it myself even more, and then you'll find me on the forums hours later with some major issue I wouldn't pay anywhere near 200 bucks for it, my buddies usually charge me like 50 an hour lol...I guess I'll just find the tools somehow and stop being a baby
