ohh ok didnt know you were going to switch springs so if your going that low then yea wont be able to go that big with tires
but if you do want more tire you can always go with 19" rims over 20".... im just partial to 20s on the coupe

I just put those as a reference bc I don't know how much tire he would want but im pretty sure he would not want to stretch tires and maintain optimal tire grip (function>form) he likes to drive
I almost went with. 315/30/20 for mine but thought it might rub so stuck with the 285/30

ill be running a 345/30/19 with a slight pull, if that!
higher offset, less lip you can get it done.
more lip less room, no large tires.
im all about grip and tire longevity, OEM camber on 345s in the rear FTW!
still trying to squeeze my 305s on the front.
if you drive a race car, after a few laps its in for maitenance.
Since i broke the Vortech G35 HP record the car has had some annoying issues. Issues that once fix can easily lead to more power.
No one has done what I have so it takes time to R&D things to get it safe, and right.
for example
The 2005 RevUp Vortech brackets has larger cam holes, than the non Revs, to accomodate for the larger cam housing. This makes the bracket weak. The kit is rated to about 450 crank HP it can handle that no prob. But running 557RWHP is not what it was made for, but why not push it if you have a built block right?
at 557.7hp the bracket actually started to move/flex throwing the belts offline. I was eating belts like crazy, So solid motor mounts and a new SC mount (frame to blower) was added to keep things tight.
In the mean time I wanted a little bling. So I bought some mustang style upgraded pullyes, but as you all know from tires... the offset makes the world of difference. The offset was off so the belt would not line back up. I could of easily spent 180 bucks and got the stock vortech pulleys (need to be replaced ever 3-4 years...didnt know that) but i wanted to be different.
My goal is to be different vs follow the norm. Just like getting the 370z rims in a 19x12, NO ONE has them. I am the only one. I think it was worth 500 bucks for both shipped to get it done.
Plus i can run a 305 (on now and super stretched), 315, 325, 345 tire, so whatever is cheap and available i have mad options for different uses.
I have had the car, just not boosted since April.
i think part of the fun is the frustration....lol instant gratification doesnt happen after 450rwhp.
