Quote: I'd should think the fact that the cop wrote down racial information on the citation will help get the tickets thrown out, if you go to court. I mean, what's that about? I've never had 'little white girl' written on any of the tickets I've gotten over the years.
Is it possible that VA's citations, like many other states' citations, have "Race" boxes on them? Mass and RI citations have them.

its going to be hard to fight the ticket, using the "speedo is off" and getting it recalibrated be a shop isnt going to work now. many shops in the area have gotten in trouble for falsifying work. many judges will not look at that anymore, my dad works at the norfolk courts.

for example how things change in courts. now if you get a tint ticket and try to fight it saying you had it removed and come into court with a receipt, the judge will send the officer out to look at the car. if the car is not there he will give you anoughter court date.

Interesting! I've never gotten a ticket outside of PA or NJ, so I had no clue. I'm surprised more people don't bitch about it.

OP: check your brake fluid level. If it drops below halfway from "full" to "low", you may trigger the sensor which results in all three warning lights you're experiencing.

It is hilarious you write that, then I look at your signature. Not all cops are the same, so if you don't get along with multiple different cops, the common problem is YOU.

not trying to insult you, thats y i didn't just blast off an answer.
just usually when i talk to a cop, they get touchy about some of my opinions.

OP,
low brake fluid might mean ur pads are wearing down, have them checked too

I honestly don't know a single individual who dislikes cops who didn't attract unnecessary attention to themselves through unlawful behavior to initiate the interaction.
