Re: double din

Yeah, the detailing thing was really cool. Learned a lot. Once a the crowd thinned out, he was pretty cool with looking at people's specific problems and helping them out. For example, booda has never waxed his car... EVER!!!

Eastern, these are the parts you will need from J's Garage:

*68260-AM913 - Double Din Dash Titanium - 56.90USD
*27500-AL501 - AC Controller - 220.50USD
*68475-35F00 - Dash Pocket - 9.30USD
*68470-60M00 - Blank Bracket - 5.70USD
*28038-AL700 - radio less bracket. 32.97USD

Shipping cost - 57USD
Card charge of 5%

The dash pocket and blank bracket aren't really needed if you are using both DIN slots. If you have the willow interior, the end pieces on the double-din titanium part will be black. No big deal really, but its something you should be aware of. The prices listed were what I paid back in February. I understand there might be a shortage of parts now.

Re: double din

Last year the Javits Center Import Show I saw Sarona Design's G coupe with dvd player/screen built into the slot where the navi should go. The stock radio was not removed. I asked them how they did it and they said they fabricated the extra plastic panels themselves.
