I knows its been discussed plenty of times before but searching on this forum as many of you know is not the most productive internet search function...I'm located in PA, Philadelphia and I can travel anywhere within a couple of hours from here...Any suggestions on a reputable Tint Shop with either Huper Optik or Madico Tint? And I'd like something light what percent would you suggest? search for a thread that I started a while back in the northeast forum regarding tint places that do huper.

Myself and a few others on this forum went to this place in middletown, NY (off of 84), and paid ~$250 for all windows except windshield. I went with 30 percent, and two other guys that went with me got 40 percent.

It's probably the cheapest you'll pay for huper, but the guy didn't do the dot matrix. I don't mind, I think it looks good either way, but some may care about that.

I think 30 percent is perfect personally.. light enough for night driving, and I haven't been hassled by any cops, but dark enough to have some style. I also have willow interior, but if I had the graphite int, I'd probably have gotten 40 percent.

It's probably a 2 hour drive for you I'd guess off the top of my head.

If you don't mind driving to get those Hupers installed... Go to James Tint in Middletown, NY like Wizawuza said. Does a great job and for $250, you won't find anything cheaper for Hupers. Most places charge $350+... Just tell James you're from this forum and you can get that price.

If you have willow interiors, I'd go with 30%...
I have 40% on my Graphite interiors... check out my sig. That's 40% Hupers... I also wanted something not too dark, so went with that.

If you're going to the meet this Sunday in NY, I can show you them in person and you can judge for yourself. But worth the drive for that price, and knowing it's a good job by a certified installer of Hupers. Everything is laser cut btw...

Babiephat was the first of the "other couple of guys got 40" and I'm the second of those two.
I will second both Wizawuza and Babiephat and also recommend James Window in Middletown NY.
