MA tint shops

Actually a lot of states are lower but most of them are down south or out west. I want to see if i could get the law down to what CT has. Back Windows you can do anything..but sides stay at 35%...or lowering it to 25% all around.
Going to have to get more than 10,000 sigs....man thats a lot lol

See the only problems with this is that SUVs and trucks that come out of the factory with 20% tint are fine..my moms expedition, when you walk up on it..you cant see in at all...thats okay but putting it on yourself isn't? Just strange IMO

Personally, I am happy with my 35% all around and I would recommend Tint Kings as well. They did mine and a very good job at that.

Mass General Law 90.9D applies to "nontransparent or sunscreen material, window application, reflective film or nonreflective film used in any way to cover or treat".
The colored glass that comes from the factory is exempt from 90/9D in two ways: 1) It's not a material, application or film, and 2) "(1) motor vehicles manufactured with windshields and window glass areas equipped in accordance with specifications of 49 Code of Federal Regulations 571.205 as authorized by 15 USC 1407. ".
I don't necessarily agree with it, but federal motor vehicle laws always outweigh state laws.
With the NHTSA requiring backup cameras on all new cars starting in (2014 I think) due to kids being run over, you'll never get an amendment allowing the rear window be darker than it is.
Honestly, I'd expect legislation in the next few years to raise the % or completely outlaw tint. One more kid gets hit by a car with tinted windows and the law will even include an emergency preamble.
