Look for a HR Y-Pipe if you want OEM.

Do you just need a leak welded? Go anywhere.

I went to a shop today and they said it is leaking where it connects to the mid pipe as well as well as one of the flex sections in it.

I don't really have much time to search for a HR y-pipe on my350z.com as technically this is a saftey failure of inspections and I shouldn't be driving my car.

Thoughts on this after market replacement?

Wrong. A vehicle may not be driven on a red R until the safety violation is fixed. If stopped, you may be cited for 90/20 (sticker), whatever the safety violation is, and towed. I've towed cars that are on the road for bad ball joints and brakes. Stupid stuff like broken lights just get a warning unless it's been weeks.

The 60 days if for the free re-inspect at the same station that inspected you first. Also, a black R is valid for 60 days. After that, cite for 90/20 (sticker) and 90/7 (defective exhaust). No tow for emissions.

I believe the leaky exhaust is safety not emissions because it would cause one hell of a safety issue if it falls off. Then again with all the bullets flying in NB nowadays, a flying cat or exhaust is the least of fellow motorists worries
