ok last friday i got 4 tickets... i got stop because i was speeding doing 102mph in a 45...
first ticket was speeding
second ticket reckless driving
third ticket safety glass requirement (idk why i got this ticket)
idk what to do... my court day is this monday 3-14-11
this is my first speeding ticket ...

you probably got the 3rd ticket cause your windows are tinted too dark or something

you obviously were wrong...

second ticket reckless driving= UNDER ARREST/CRIMINAL CHARGE(S)
third ticket safety glass requirement=DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT $50

TINTED WINDOWS = $250
TOWED VEHICLE = 95.00 + DAILY FEE + X AMOUNT HOLDING OF TIME by Police
............My best advice to you is........take your tints off, put them in the plastic bag, bring them with you, dress well, ask for help, ask for second chance, willing to attend classes etc.., be real polite. good luck!!! NJ laws keeps you out of jail. DO NOT HIRE ANY LAWYERS.....UNLESS YOU WANT THIS HEARING TO BE CONTINUED....CONTINUE..CONTINUE.........

 

^^^wow..that was impressive advice....are u a cop? i know a couple of the members in the Northeastern area are cops as well as G owners..

 

All in a nut shell bend over and take it. I don't even wanna ask why you were going that fast in the first place. Good luck though...here in MA as Gang put it and he also forgot that reckless driving/ endangerment could result in an automatic loss of license for 90 days if the cop decides to send the RMV an immediate threat suspension request letter.

In all fairness to him jersey's "natural" speed limit is around 80 miles n hour. Anything else and your going to get run over or in a road rage incident. Seriously though your lucky the cop was in a good mood. Was it a state trooper?

 

Be a hardass and just take the warrant.
