Where for service (NJ)?

Starting with just an oil change: In Northern NJ, of lynne, Ramsey or Park Ave Infiniti, which is best for service?

Which, if any, would you absolutely not go to (again)?

Ramsey all the way.

I wouldn't go to Park Ave, ever again. I have my own horror story as do several others. If you want curb rash, scuffed rims, and permanent marker marks on your leather seats, take it to park ave.

i dunno how the service is
park ave is under new management i think
when i went to ramsey i was treated like trash.
very disrespectful in terms of their sales dept
park ave has been and always been nice.
they even call me after i get service and see if i'm satisfied.
i don't recommend cause i dunno...

Never dealt with Ramsey's sales department. This would also be the third time that Park Ave would be under new management since I became interested in the G35. Hmmm... not a track record I would put my money on, or my car.

And every service department calls you afterwards to see if you are satisfied. Park Ave, Ramsey, and Lynnes have always called me afterwards. In this area there isn't a "perfect" Grubbs-like dealership. Based on my experiences, I always go to Ramsey. I go to Lynnes for the small stuff since it's close to where I work.

I got my car at Denville. Best part of getting service there was the free and very delicious Vanilla Cream coffee. No more.

But seriously, they make a big deal of customer satisfaction but the last time I got an oil change there I founds oil streak stains all over my car.

I would stick with them- with just one place- but they are just to far to drive for a simple oil change.

From opinions I guess Park Ave is out. I remember reading a post here from someone who claimed that at Lynne someone stole his navigation DVD (anyone know what happened to that claim) so I'm hesitant to go there.

Guess that leaves Ramsey.

I was reading the Canada forum and wonder what anyone here thinks of getting an oil change at a Nissan dealer (it would be much more convenient).

Do not go to park ave! They had my car for service and scratched it so bad that they had to take it to a body shop..then they took it to a crap body shop and it cost me $1,600 to take it to my own body shop to have it re-fixed. I went after them for the bill and they refuse to speak to me. Wont take any of my calls, wont return any messages. I send a certified letter, and they refuse to acknowledge it. I called infiniti corporate and they said that the dealer said someone was going to get back to me and never did. SOOO PISSED WITH THEM! URGH!

This happened last fall and I have still be fighting them. I think Bob was the service manager if I remember correctly. From what I have been told, he is no longer there. When i spoke to him last, the only thing he said to me was the he could have his body shop re-do the work, but I wouldnt go for that. It was a crappy macco type job, and there was no way in hell i was letting them touch my car again. Why would they do it better the second time around if they did such a crap job the first time around.

Could you go into more detail. Where on the car? How? How bad?

Did they attempt an airbrush repair instead of a full paint job?
