Help with idle valve relearn procedure in DC metro area!!

Hey guys, I'm experiencing the same idle issues after a throttle body cleaning where the idle bounces from 1000-2000 RPM as seen in the YouTube video posted above. When I cleaned the TB's, I did not unplug the battery nor the harnesses, first mistake. I moved both throttle plates in order to thoroughly clean the areas and bolted everything back together. After starting up, immediate idle issues. Starts at 2000 RPM, then will bounce between 1000-2000 RPM. When its in Drive, the car will pull right along at 1000 RPM.

I've tried the idle reset tons of times, no luck. I've tried unplugging the battery overnight for 12 hours, no luck. I've unplugged the battery before doing the idle reset, no luck. At this point, i'm irritated with the car and am out of options.

I'm thinking the bouncing is being caused by a possible vacuum leak? What was your experience? Suggestions on how to help?

Thanking you in advance.

I'm located in Takoma Park, MD..right outside of DC.
