I have been to Lynne's. Bought my car there and have it serviced there. They are very good. STAY AWAY FROMM ENGLEWOOD! Lots of problems with them including my own nightmare story which if you do a search you can read all about as well as others having problems there.

I have used Douglas Infiniti in Summit for three Infiniti purchases over the years- a G20, an I30 and now my great G35x. They have been excellent with sales and service over this long period. The first experience was when I and my Mitsubishi Galant limped in (bad axle or wheel bearing) on a Friday evening to look at the G20s and went for a test ride. The salesman said he was worried about me, my wife and son driving home at night in the Mitsubishi and suggested we borrow a G20 for the weekend. Of course, I ended up buying the G20! I'm sure the salesman was not only concerned about our safety, but with making a sale, but his thoughtfulness and ability to lend a car made a fan out of me. Search my posts for other experiences. I know two salesman there better than others-my last (also good) purchase was from Gil. Jaime has been there for at least 10 years and is excellent also. The owner is very nice also.

The only somewhat negative experience was that I felt I got less than I should have on trading in my I30 for the G35x. They gave me just above one of the book values, but I felt because of its condition it was worth more, but who knows. (I have sold cars privately in the past instead of trading in, but did not feel I had the time, energy or fortitude to do it now).

They have never tried to get me to buy things I didn't want or need. The service is prompt and efficient. I don't think they have ever "fixed" soimething wrong. Their loaners are always Infinitis.

By the way, Douglas is now all Infiniti at that location. They sold the Ford dealership (from which we had a good experience buying a Taurus 10 years ago). They are remodelling the place, but are fully functional.

I highly recommend them. I've never been to another Infiniti dealer.

Good luck and enjoy the car.

I would imagine their shipment isn't in and they have to wait or find another dealer to get it from. Are you looking for a very popular model/color?

Yeah ray catena is amazing. They treat you like kings and queens there. Service is very straight forward as well. I didn't even buy my G35 there and they still were kind to me when I needed some work done.

I was surprised that many ppl didnt mention Ray Catena at the top of the page, but then saw a few towards the bottom.

My choice would be Ray Catena.... their sales dept is really good.
Service I have heard is very good as well. But still havent dealt personally with them.

Heck I just got a refund of $143.50 in the mail yesterday. They said "we made an accounting error in calculating your dealer and title fees. You had overpaid, so there enclosed is a refund check"

G35Tuning - I got my car from Martha as well. She is really nice. Helpful and will work around you for the price.

I think the only Lynnes's Infiniti is in Bloomfield. I bought a Subaru from their Subaru franchise and they kept wanting to add things to the car that I didn't want so they could sell one they had instead of getting one. Their service has been OK, not great. This only applies to the Subaru dealership-I've never been in the Infiniti arm.

Douglas also sent me a refund of overcharges on the licensing fee. They told me beforehand they would if there was a discrepancy. They said NJ is very strict about this now and is making sure that customer's don't over pay. It was an unusual experience, though, to get a check from a dealer!

Any more questions-just ask. Good luck!

I agree entirely with the ENGLEWOOD Infiniti (aka Park Ave infiniti)..They are like a used car dealer lot. 1) You don't feel like you're in an infiniti dealership since it's so cramped and the inside is like a mom-and-pop shop. 2) The salesman used standard push sales and bait-and-switch tactics.

As you would expect from what i just said the deal fell through (lied about my trade in price and lied about the financing) so it's been hell trying to get my c/c deposit back. I've just started a charge dispute with my C/C because NO ONE from Park Ave has called me back...not even the sales manager!!
Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ramsey Infiniti is good..no B.S. and the some of the best pricing.
Have no info on Douglass..

COOLNESH - I got that same check in the mail from them a couple of weeks after I bought my car hmmmmmmm, LOL....I wonder if thats some type of marketing scheme they use to show how loyal and caring they are of their buyers...Anyways Martha is very good to work with..Shes the internet sales specialist so I set up with her through EMAIL and I will never buy a car any other way...It totally beats going into the dealership and haggling over price...A few emails back and fourth then a phone call or 2 to finalize price and I was set...She does give room to work on price, she gave me a good qoute I asked for 2 more options at that price and she kindly obliged...Very nice
