The National G Club for MD/VA/DC is now created! First Meet on April 23

NationalGClub.com
To all the G35 owners in the MD/VA/DC area, there is now a place where you can meet all other G35 cars. Despite a huge presence in the area, hardly any meet is organized.

This club was created by John Blaine (clokwork) and myself (Pratik Shah) to get G35 enthusiasts together and enjoy our cars even more.

The NationalGClub is a non-fee based club and is strictly for fun, and all merchandise sold on the site (Will be up very shortly) is also non-profit. All we ask is you come to as many meets as you can and we'll add you to the Member List on the website. If you register on the site as well, you will have access to the complete features on the site.

We have some DIY days planned as well as our very first meet on April 23 (weather permitting) - A location is still up in the air but hopefully we can all come up with a spot.

Again, we're excited about this opportunity to get all the G's in the area together!

Don't worry. There's always been a big presence in the area as far as G's go and hopefully this will be a lot more organized. Hopefully you can come out on the 23rd and have a big showout. The response that I've gotten so far, this is going to be a pretty big thing.

As far as the subforum, I've spoken with Kyle and he says he'll create one shortly for the National G Club. Maybe that'll become our own Mid-Atlantic style forum.

I was talking to Puria (pdjafari) about how the Mid-A G's are not organized at all and we don't have much turn-out at events. I'm glad to see you guys put something together, I was just way too lazy to do that Anything I can do to help you guys out, let me know I'd be glad to. We should get ahold of the Capital G club email list and send something out to switch over to the National G Club.

Great work fellas.

Hey GMoney, Thanks of the Thanks. How about a great place where we dont have a problem getting together with 20-25 G's. I have a park in mind in the Montgomery County area but I am open to suggestions. The location is yet to be deteremined for the 23rd. Just let me know..

Cool thanks, I have signed up. I use my350Z more than this site, and "more" is a relative term since I don't browse that site much either currently.

One day I'll move and have a garage and then I'll actually take care of the car and mod it a bit. =)

Yeah we'll have to get a few places to meet, possibly rotate each place/location so everyone in the area will have one close by. We can figure this out on the 23rd for sure though. I put this thread up on my350z as well, just incase some of the g guys over there don't post over here. Hope you don't mind.

Not at all man. Definitely spread the word as much as you can.

Yacoub, you live in Germantown man. No excuse you can't make a meet. Remember the time I said Hi to you in Germantown not knowing it was me?

I just tired going to that site, it looks like its down. I offer Western MD for a nice drive with great cuuurves. There and plenty of space towards West VA I think the speed limit on I-85 in WV is 70 or 75. Afterward we could cookout at my place or the park and get to know the other members of the club.

Do you guys know who is still running the Capital G club? I see the site is updated for this weekends drive, but I haven't heard anything about the Capital G club in months.

Weird. I've never seen the site down and its up right now. We didnt spend a whole lot on the host but hopefully it holds up. If the page doesnt load for you try back in a minute and it should work. I haven't had any problems.

As for the CapitalGClub - I think its more a Z thing honestly. Thats why their site is run through the Z site. I think we'll be able to get enough people to come out though. I like your idea Urban_G. Definitely take that into consideration. Its great we have a lot of ideas flowing and this summer should be fun.
